About

GigaGuideTech is an independent tech site for everyday buyers and enthusiasts. We cover the news that matters, explain how to fix the problems people actually search for, and compare the products you’re deciding between, in plain English and without the hype.

What we publish

  • Tech news: the stories that affect what you use and buy, from iPhone and Android updates to AI, PC hardware and gaming, with context on what they mean for you.
  • How-to guides: step-by-step fixes for common problems on iPhone, Mac, Windows, AirPods and more, with illustrated steps so you can follow along.
  • Comparisons: side-by-side looks at products like the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro, built from official specs and independent test results.

How we work

  • Official sources first. Our guides are based on the manufacturers’ own support documentation, and every article credits its sources with a link.
  • Facts, not rumors. We clearly separate confirmed information from leaks and rumors, and we write “not confirmed” when something isn’t.
  • Real images, clearly labeled. We use official press images credited to their owners. When we draw a screen to show a step, it’s labeled as an illustration.
  • Human review. We use AI tools to help research and draft some articles, and every article is reviewed and edited by a person before it’s published.
  • Corrections. If we get something wrong, we fix it. Spotted a mistake? Let us know.

How we make money

GigaGuideTech is free to read. Some articles include affiliate links, and as an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. This never changes the price you pay, and it doesn’t decide what we write about or what we recommend.

We also show ads, always clearly labeled as advertisements and kept separate from our articles. Advertisers never pay for or influence our coverage.
